Meet Chef Liu

Chef and Executive Chef for The Grand Hotel Beijing 1985-1999

Trained at the Grand Hotel Beijing Hospitality School, Chef Zhongyi Liu served as a chef and head chef from 1985-1992 and the executive chef from 1993 to 1999 at the Grand Hotel Beijing. An imperial palace turned luxury hotel, the Grand Hotel Beijing has been internationally recognized by the world's elite as one of the leading hotels of the world and Beijing's premiere location for exquisite hospitality.
